    We refine the information gathered so far and begin to develop a client-focussed strategy – “The Roadmap”.

    We provide comprehensive, strategic recommendations and seek client agreement for the following stages.

    In conjunction with the client, we refine the Security Roadmap and assist in presenting it to the senior client team and board members.

    Once the Security Roadmap programme has been agreed, we define the various project engagements as instructed by the client.
  8. 8. Project Implementation
    We execute the client’s chosen programme of projects and complete a successful implementation.
  9. 9. Review, Measure and Adapt
    Together, we actively manage the partnership, to ensure the client always receives the best possible and most relevant service.
